Attend the Health and Crafts Fair!

Monday, October 4, 2010, from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

     Mark your calendar for the Shepherd’s Center of Orange Park’s (“SCOOP”) annual Health Fair. For flu shots available at the Health Fair, please sign up at the SCOOP registration table during the Summer Session or contact the office. This year the fair will also include an arts and craft sale, as well as a bake sale. This event will be held on Monday, October 4, 2010, from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Family Life Center of Orange Park United Methodist Church.
Come by for free testing/screenings by Orange Park Medical Center and others, as well as health exhibits and a multitude of information on various health issues. You will also be able to browse for gifts at the arts and crafts sale. For those of you with a sweet tooth, make sure to stop by the bake sale.
Booths, which include a table and two chairs, are available at a cost of $25. Space is limited.
During the Health Fair, you can sign up at the Shepherd’s Center booth to register for the Fall Session.
