Elizabeth Reed is the heartbeat of what’s happening at The Shepherd’s Center of Orange Park. Whether it’s helping find teachers, managing volunteers, working with members, partnering with sponsors, or any other of the many duties she is responsible for at SCOOP, she’s making sure that the organization is serving the older adults of Clay County.
