Transportation for Clay County Seniors

JTA has recently announced that Clay Seniors may receive transportation to events (Adventures In Learning at the Shepherd’s Center is included), and shopping. The qualification to use this service is that you need to be 60 or older and have no other means of transportation or you are disabled.

“Click Here” to download the form. The form must be delivered in person to the Green Cove Springs Senior Center, with proof that you are a Clay County Resident (photo id with current address, a bill with your current address and a photo id.)
